The committee is made up of residents from both the North and South side of Huntly Gardens,  with a Chairperson, Secretary, and Treasurer, and not less than five (and not more than nine) other Members, with at least half of the members of the Committee elected from the North Side Members

New members to the committee should be proposed 28 days prior to the Annual General Meeting. The proposed nominees must be fully paidup Members and have given their consent to election.
