Minutes of Meetings
An Annual General Meeting is held every year, usually in February. Before each meeting an agenda is sent out to all members. After each meeting, minutes will be written up and distributed to all members.
If you have a topic you would like to have discussed at the AGM, please get in touch ahead of the meeting so that it can be added to the agenda ahead of time, rather than disrupt the meeting while it is happening. We do only have limited time, so it is difficult to address a large number of topics that we aren't planning to discuss.
